THE TASK:
Historically, camera technology has not served black and brown bodies well. We were brought into this participant research project for a billion dollar Fortune 10 tech company to help conduct research to continue the work of improving camera technology through biometric data. The task was to: 1) recruit unique participants meeting the specific qualifications of the client in designated locations, 2) vet their ability to perform the study, 3) build a digital system that could properly process & on-board each individual for the research testing without overload issues, and 4) off-board and compensate them for their time. We were responsible for finding 1200 unique participants who fit the clients criteria within 8 weeks through digital marketing and community outreach tactics across 3 major markets.
